Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain sales records, reports, and databases for tracking performance.

• Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in kitchenware or consumer goods.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Fluency in English .
